YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will contribute to the development of our mission critical communication equipment used by e.g. the electronic warfare sector. You will be in charge of planning and executing test and QA activities, creating test cases, and developing automated tests in an agile software development environment.
▪ You will be in charge of test and QA activities.
▪ You will be responsible for evaluating and defining test requirements based on planned software development activities.
▪ You will play a crucial role in creating test cases covering both common user scenarios and exploratory tests.
▪ You will be responsible for planning and executing test cases according to specifications and exploratory scenarios.
▪ You will contribute to supporting the organization on ad-hoc tests.
▪ You will be part of general quality assurance in system design and software development.
▪ You will be pivotal in coordinating test activities with stakeholders outside the software development team.
▪ You will have a key role in contributing to the software test area in Chora – processes, methods, tools, automation, etc.
▪ You will be 2nd line support to internal and external customers (reporting, tracking and management of software errors and issues).
YOUR PROFILE
▪ You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as Software Test Engineer, preferably more.
▪ You have a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or other IT related areas (preferably an ISTQB certification).
▪ You have proven experience with documentation, automated test frameworks and test management tools.
▪ You have solid understanding of how tools and automation most efficiently can support the software test process.
▪ You are persistent, ambitious and at the same time you have a pragmatic approach to software testing.
▪ You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, just as you thrive on working independently.
▪ You also enjoy working closely with your colleagues within an agile software development environment.
You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English fluently. You have a clean criminal record and you are a Danish citizen or you have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years
